Yes. While our design fee is one-time, Shopify requires a monthly subscription for the platform.

• First 3 Months: Approximately $1 per month (~50 EGP).

• After 3 Months: Approximately $27 per month (~1,300 EGP).

• Note: This fee is paid directly to Shopify, not to us.

• Hosting: Included in your Shopify monthly subscription.

• Domain: Domain prices start from 50 EGP per year. You can start with a low-cost domain and upgrade later to any name you prefer.

We deliver your fully functional website within 48 to 72 hours after order confirmation.

We offer flexible payment options:

1. Full Payment: Pay the total package price upfront.

2. Deposit: Pay a seriousness deposit between 300 – 500 LE to start work, and the rest upon completion.

• Before Delivery: If you cancel before the website is delivered, the deposit is partially refundable.

• After Delivery: Once the website is delivered, the password is handed over, and you confirm satisfaction with the service, the amount is non-refundable.

Yes! We provide free technical support for one week after delivery to answer any inquiries or fix any issues. After the first week, support is available for a fee based on our support pricing rates.
